ELIGIBILITY: The Enter to Win is only open to legal residents of the State of Texas who have attained the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of the Chair King Backyard Store, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family (mother, father, sons, daughters, and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each, whether related, are not eligible to participate in the Enter to Win. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Enter to Win Period eligible participants will scan a QR code or fill out a form on a provided tablet device at Chair King Backyard Store’s booth #545 and fill out an online form.

LIMIT one (1) Enter to Win Entry per person will be allowed regardless of the method of entry. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. Each properly completed and received Entry will receive one (1) Enter to Win Entry. Chair King Backyard Store is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, or delayed entries. By participating in this Enter to Win, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Chair King Backyard Store, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Enter to Win.

PRIZE DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Enter to Win Period, a random drawing will take place on or about February 9, 2026, from all those who entered the Enter to Win. The odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winners will be contacted by the email address and/or telephone number that they provided on their entry form.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 3 PC Lakeside Rocker Set, which includes two (2) Lakeside Rockers and one (1) End Table (SKU#4709581), valued at retail price of $599.85, from Chair King Backyard Store. Customer agrees to pick up this prize at Chair King Backyard Store’s Distribution Warehouse located at 5405 West Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston TX 77041. If the winner is not able to pick up the prize at the Distribution Warehouse, delivery can be provided with payment of applicable delivery fees.

PRIZE VERIFICATION & CONDITIONS: By accepting a prize the winner agrees to release Chair King Backyard Store and the Released Parties from all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize for another of equal or lesser value. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

GENERAL: By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, recipient grants to the Chair King Backyard Store, its parent, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Chair King Backyard Store (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Chair King Backyard Store’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the recipient's full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL CHAIR KING BACKYARD STORE , THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Chair King Backyard Store, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, Prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Enter to Win or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s). Winner acknowledges that Chair King Backyard Store has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Enter to Win or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Chair King Backyard Store in connection with the Enter to Win, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
