For the best perimeter lighting and outdoor safety, we encourage you to equally space the torches 6 to 8 ft. apart, and when you are done, use the included snuffers to easily extinguish the flames on the torches.

Safety Note:
- Do not place torches under trees, overhangs, or near other flammable materials.
- Position torches at least 6 ft. away from the house or other structures.
- To secure in place, make sure to stake your torches 6 in. to 8 in. into the ground.
- Store torches in a secure, upright position so they don't tip and drip.
- Use a funnel or make a cone of plastic sheet and fill the oil in the torch.
