The San Lucas seating Collection is a casual contemporary outdoor patio collection designed to configure to almost any outdoor space. Handwoven with large synthetic strands of resin wicker over a powder-coated aluminum frame, this loveseat is built for outdoor performance. It features square feet are a continuation of the wicker frame. Create your own configuration with this sectional piece and settle into comfort. The colored (Dark Elm) wicker consists of shades of dark brown for a transitional look that will never go out of style. This collection is generously sized to accommodate comfortably.

Care
Fabric: Use a soft brush to remove any dirt. Mix 3 parts water with 1 part soap to treat stains. Air dry only. Frame: Clean with soap and water. Rinse the frame, and finish with our 303 Furniture Protectant. |

Warranty
This brand is equipped with a 5-year frame coverage for any structural defect in workmanship or material within 5 years from the date of purchase. Outdoor Wicker should fail due to defect in workmanship or material within 3 years from date of purchase, we will repair or replace it (at our option) without charge. There is a 1-year warranty for the foam within the seat. In case of discontinued models, an item of similar quality and style will be provided. Fabrics, cushions, umbrellas, iron, all non-aluminum components, all gas fire pit burner and ignition systems and all tabletops are warranted for a period of 1 year. Glass tabletops are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture used for commercial purposes or failure by misuse, acts of nature or improper care. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
