Warranty
This brand is equipt with a 10-year frame coverage for any structural defect in workmanship or material within 10 years from the date of purchase. The finish has a 3-year warranty should it fail due to a defect in workmanship or material within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it (at our option) without charge. In case of discontinued models, an item of similar quality and style will be provided. The polypropylene rope has a total of 3 years worth of coverage. This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture used for commercial purposes or failure by misuse, acts of nature, or improper care. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
