The teak is exclusively grown and made from recycled teak wood components. Making it one of the most durable materials we carry, teak is the only material with a natural resistance to water, insects, mold and mildew. Each chair is a combination of machine-made for precision and handmade with traditional construction for smooth and tight joinery. Handcrafted by skilled woodworking artisans, the classic style and sturdy construction of the reclaimed teak tabletop features 1 in. thick apron x 13 in. wide slats. The handmade trestle base is a massive, fully welded aluminum frame that measures 6 in. depth by 4 in. wide, providing extra support. Two extensions are included which will increase the overall table length to 118 in.
